George G. Beasley: Chairman / CEO With BBGI Since: 1961
George G. Beasley founded the Company in 1961. Throughout his forty-year radio broadcasting career, Mr. Beasley has received numerous broadcast industry distinctions as well as recognition from various civic and charitable organizations.
Most notably, Mr. Beasley served the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters (NCAB) for eight years as President, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Beasley was honored with the NCAB's Association's Distinguished Service Award in 1996 and was inducted into NCAB's Hall of Fame in 1998 upon receiving the prestigious Distinguished Broadcaster of North Carolina Award. Additionally, he is a former task force member of the National Association of Broadcasters. In 2003, the Broadcasters' Foundation bestowed upon Mr. Beasley their prestigious Broadcast Pioneer Award.
Mr. Beasley earned a B.A. and M.A. from Appalachian State University, and was recognized in 1990 as one of Appalachian State University's Distinguished Alumni. He currently serves the University as both past chairman of the Appalachian State University Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the Appalachian State University Board of Trustees. |

Bruce G. Beasley: President / Chief Operating Officer With BBGI Since: 1975
Bruce G. Beasley has served as President, Chief Operating Officer of Beasley Broadcast Group since 1997. He began his career in the broadcasting industry with Beasley Broadcast Group in 1975 and has served in various capacities including General Sales Manager, General Manager of a major market radio station and as Vice President of Operations.
Currently, Mr. Beasley oversees the operations of all Beasley Broadcast Group radio stations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Radio Advertising Bureau. He graduated with a B.S. degree from East Carolina University. |

B. Caroline Beasley: Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer With BBGI Since: 1983
Caroline Beasley has served as Beasley Broadcast Group's Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since 1994. Since joining the Company in 1983, Ms. Beasley has served in various capacities including Business Manager, Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller.
Ms. Beasley is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Broadcasters and a member of the Broadcast & Cable Financial Management Association. Additionally, she has been selected by Radio Ink Magazine as one of the “Most Influential Women in Radio” for the past four years. Ms. Beasley earned a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC. |

Brian E. Beasley: Vice President Operations With BBGI Since: 1977
Brian Beasley has served as the Company's Vice President of Operations since 1997 and as one of the Company's directors since 1982 He joined the Company full-time in 1982 as General Manager of the previously-owned cable TV division where he built, managed and sold cable television systems throughout North Carolina.
In 1985, Mr. Beasley became senior account executive to a radio station in Myrtle Beach, SC and worked his way up through the ranks to general manager of a station in Austin, TX. Since that time, he has served as General Manager of numerous stations in mid- and large-sized markets.
Mr. Beasley is a former President of Piedmont Radio Association and a member of the Radio Advertising Bureau and the National Association of Broadcasters. He earned his B.S. from East Carolina University. |

Heather Monahan: Executive Vice President of Sales With BBGI Since: 2003
As Beasley’s Executive Vice President of Sales, Heather Monahan is involved in the Company's revenue generation. She joined Beasley Broadcast Group in 2003 as the Director of Sales for Beasley’s Fort Myers/Naples cluster of radio stations and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2004 and again to her current position of Executive Vice President in 2007.
Heather resides in Miami and is a board member of City Year Miami, a service organization that provides mentorship opportunities for at-risk youth. A native of Worcester, Massachusetts she is a graduate of Clark University with a liberal arts degree in Psychology. |

Marie Tedesco: Vice President of Finance With BBGI Since: 1991
Marie Tedesco, a native of Sweden, serves as the Company's Vice President of Finance. Ms. Tedesco began her radio career in Los Angeles in 1982 and has since worked with Radio & Records, Inc., Westwood One and NBC Radio, where she was involved in the launching of Pirate Radio in 1989.
In 1991, Ms. Tedesco joined Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. as Corporate Controller. She was later promoted to Vice President of Finance. She graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Finance. |

Denyse S. Mesnik, APR: Vice President of Corporate Communications With BBGI Since: 1990
Denyse Smith Mesnik, APR, serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. She joined the Company in 1990 as Executive Assistant to George G. Beasley and was promoted to Director of Corporate Communications in 2000.
Ms. Mesnik serves the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Broadcasters, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Sunshine District board and is President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of PRSA. Ms. Mesnik earned a B.A. from Emory University in 1981 and her Accreditation of Public Relations (APR) in 2003. |

Shaun P Greening: Vice President Financial Reporting With BBGI Since: 2000
Shaun P. Greening, a native of New Zealand, serves as Vice President of Financial Reporting for the Company. He joined Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. in February of 2000 as the Company completed its initial public offering.
Mr. Greening previously served as an Audit Manager for KPMG in Tampa, FL. He is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration.
Mr. Greening holds a CPA license from the state of Florida. |

Joyce Fitch, Esq: General Counsel With BBGI Since: 2003
Joyce Fitch, Esq. has served as General Counsel for Beasley Broadcast Group since 2003. She brings over twenty years of legal experience to the Company, having begun her legal career with the law firm of Whiteford Taylor & Preston and later served as General Counsel for Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc. and iSky, Inc. Ms. Fitch graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. Although only licensed as an attorney in Maryland, Ms. Fitch is certified as authorized house counsel in Florida. |

Michael Cooney: Vice President and Chief Technology Officer With BBGI Since: 2007
Mike Cooney is responsible for the general supervision and oversight of all engineering and technology matters for Beasley’s forty-four radio station portfolio and is integrally involved with the Company’s HD Radio™ initiative.
A Certified Engineer for the Society of Broadcast Engineers (CBRE), Federal Communications first class license holder and certified electronic technician, Mr. Cooney presently is on the Technical Committee for the Broadcast Traffic Consortium (BTC) and the 2009 NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference Committee. Previous to joining Beasley, he was Director of Engineering / IT for Entercom Radio in Kansas City, where he was the design engineer and project manager of one of the largest radio facilities in the United States.

Kathleen McCarten-Bricketto: Vice President of Interactive With BBGI Since: 1999
Kathleen Bricketto oversees Beasley’s interactive initiatives. In addition, she manages all local market Interactive Sales Managers, coordinates online advertising sales opportunities and directs all revenue and processes involved with the company’s digital growth initiatives.
Ms. McCarten-Bricketto joined the company in 1999 as the Internet Sales Manager for two of Beasley’s Miami stations. Presently, under her guidance, Beasley’s Interactive Division provides innovative local and national sales programs for advertisers and, by streaming content, has widened the listening audience of Beasley Broadcast Group’s on-air stations. Additionally, this division creates the conceptual framework of the day-to-day operations of all digital and web-based platforms, develops station websites and oversees all text and database development strategies.
